What to do when you need service?
Defective equipment may be a nuisance, but does not need to stop you 100%. So that you can return to enjoying your product as soon as possible, please follow the procedure outlined below should you ever need service:
- Have the model name, model number and production number (PO-no.) handy.
- If your equipment is still under warranty, have your proof of purchase ready.
- Call us. For best service, have your equipment nearby to assist our trained service associates in answering any questions as quickly as possible.
