With the premium multi-strength station Autark 2500 from FINNLO you can work all of your important muscle groups just like you would in a professional fitness studio, but in the comfort of your own home. Since the station is equipped with an 80kg weight block (optionally available with 100kg), even advanced bodybuilders are guaranteed effective muscle build-up. A lateral cable pull that can be rotated 160° ensures perfectly isolated exercises for your upper body and legs. You can build up your leg muscles in a targeted manner with the separate, optimized leg press unit. The effectiveness of this exercise comes very close to squats, though with this exercise you can also go easy on your back. Also ideal for strengthening the lower back and buttock muscles as well as the calves.
